Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 247 continues about the battle between lawyer Higuruma and the predicted ending when Sukuna’s trial failed.
In Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 246, a fierce battle broke out between Higuruma, Kusakabe and Curse King Sukuna. Higuruma blamed himself for his lack of combat experience. Luckily, Kusakabe deployed the skill Simple Territory, creating a protective shield for his teammates.
Sukuna glanced, analyzing his opponent’s abilities which had improved quite a bit. His most ferocious attacks are also diluted by Kusakabe with Simple Domain. Kusakabe wondered why Sukuna didn’t use the “World Cutting Slash” like in Shibuya, but decided not to indulge in that thought.
Higuruma apologetically apologizes for not being able to seal Sukuna’s technique. Kusakabe consoled his comrades, saying that they could still defeat that horrifying monster with sacred swords.
Choso rushed to attack Sukuna but was stabbed through the body. Ino swung Nanami’s sword and was also easily kicked away. The rest also attacked in turn, but Sukuna dodged easily, knocking out Higuruma with just one kick. His speed was too overwhelming compared to Yuji.
A replay shows that Higuruma’s technique was able to kill Sukuna without harming Megumi. Sukuna slashed at the building where Higuruma was hiding. Although severely injured, thanks to the use of Domain Amplification, Higuruma survived that attack.
